Hillsborough County, FL – Partners Cary Gaylord and Lorena Ludovici spoke about eminent domain on the popular Tampa Bay radio show, “That Business Show with Jamie Meloni” on AM 1250 WHMZ, on Friday, August 28. The two briefly described the eminent domain process which provides the government with the right to take one’s privately-owned property and use it for public purpose. Many do not know this right exists until the government wants their property. Gaylord and Ludovici explained the options available to a landowner involved in eminent domain and discussed examples of eminent domain cases they have handled.
