Gaylord Merlin Ludovici & Diaz partner Andrew Diaz recently secured compensation of $35,700,000 for the owner of an office complex acquired by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The property consists of 6.81 acres and is improved with over 163,000 square feet of office space. The property is located in Tampa’s Westshore Business District and will be used for future improvements to the State Road 60/Interstate 275 interchange. This is one of the largest acquisitions by FDOT in the Tampa Bay area.
