Andrew has over 30 years’ experience representing owners in eminent domain matters. He handles cases involving complex issues and multi-million-dollar awards as well cases involving small business and homeowners protecting their rights to full compensation. Andrew has represented owners of nearly every type of property throughout Florida. Before practicing law, Andrew worked as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. He currently chairs the steering committee for the Florida Eminent Domain Practice and Procedures manual. Andrew’s success representing owners has been recognized by numerous publications including his being named to Florida Trend’s, “Legal Elite” Hall of Fame. Andrew is proficient in Spanish.

Beyond The Bio

Representing property owners in takings gives me the chance to get out of the office, travel across Florida and meet great people. Every property and business are unique, so no two cases are the same. To properly represent an owner, it is critical to get to know each client’s needs and how their property or business operates. Getting to know my clients and being able to help them is my favorite part of my job. When I’m out of the office, I enjoy traveling with my wife and two daughters.
