Woman Wins U.S. Supreme Court Property Rights Case in Pennsylvania

Friday the Supreme Court of the United States handed down a historic victory for property owners in the case of Knick v. Scott Township. In their 5-4 decision, the Justices overturned a 34-year-old Court precedent that had effectively blocked property owners from bringing their takings claims to federal court.
