FDOT has released its Tampa Bay Express (TBX) updated Concept Plan for the segment in the Westshore area including the I-275 and SR 60 interchange. More specifically, the area shown on the updated Concept Plan is along SR 60 from north of Cypress Street to north of Independence Parkway and along I-275 from north of the Howard Franklin Bridge to the Hillsborough River. The updated Concept Plan is attached here and here.
The updated TBX Concept Plan is not final as it is marked for planning and discussion purposes only. FDOT anticipates holding a workshop/presentation regarding the updated Concept Plan sometime in January of 2017.
